Instructor Bio:
Stephan embarked on his yoga journey in 2006 during his college years, initially using it as a tool to enhance his half marathon training. This consistent practice sparked a profound transformation in his physical and mental well-being. After completing his 200-hour yoga teacher training in spring 2020, Stephan delved deeper into yoga philosophy and teaching methodologies.
Transitioning into teaching, Stephan collaborated with a Chicago-based non-profit organization dedicated to promoting well-being through yoga and meditation. His journey eventually led him to the tranquil mountains of Denver, where he fully devoted himself to teaching by 2021.
In his classes, Stephan emphasizes mindfulness and self-awareness, guiding students to connect with their breath and embrace humility in their practice. His holistic teaching approach creates a transformative and inclusive experience for practitioners of all levels, echoing his deep commitment to the practice.
