“Vinyassa is a strength and endurance based flow. Our flows focuses on linking breath and movement as we transition between postures, improving balance and mind to muscle connection. 

The first 45 minutes of class will use upper and lower body strength, mobility, and endurance to warm the body in order to spend the last 15 minutes of class in deep rejuvenating postures.
